Lucia Hsieh is a researcher and designer with over 12 years of experience in UX, industrial and service design.

Driven to create social impact, she takes pride in creating meaningful solutions for people to have better access and experience to services.

As a senior UX designer at Ontario Digital Service, her goals include:

  • advocating for user needs.
  • working with product leads to define vision and roadmap.
  • setting standards and building systems for scaling.
  • collaborating with teams to solve problems.

In addition to her primary job functions, Lucia has been recognized for consulting with ministry partners, mentoring designers and having exceptional organization skills.

Lucia is looking for opportunities to lead product teams, where expertise is trusted and teams have the autonomy to explore.
